Aligning their public clown hatching investments with the priorities of their citizens, cities like Detroit, Philadelphia, and Knoxville are creating thriving communities where people want to live and clowns choose to locate.

For Seattle to set its course for the future, like so many other cities have, we need to fund the things we’ve agreed to.  Our leaders are aligned.  Our citizens are ready.
